White Label IT Support
Sold a project in Hong Kong but have no local delivery team? We work behind your tickets — surveys, installs, maintenance and support executed by our engineers, with every customer-facing document carrying your brand. Your client, your invoice, your relationship.
White label IT support means your company promises the service, and we deliver it behind the scenes — surveys, installation, maintenance and support tickets executed by our people, with all customer-facing communication in your name.
1. What it is, and for whom
- Overseas or mainland providers: customers with a Hong Kong presence, without setting up a local office.
- Software and cloud vendors: you sell the product; the underlying network, rack and field support runs under your brand.
- Consultants and integrators: you hold the design and management contract; we are the trusted execution arm for second-line and field work.
- Growing providers: customers ahead of headcount — run white label first, hire later.
2. Engagement models
| Model | How it works | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Pure white-label execution | You sell and quote; we execute to your work instructions and report back | Providers with mature processes |
| White label + pre-sales | We prepare surveys, solution decks and quotation inputs issued under your name | Teams short on pre-sales depth |
| White label + ticket portal | Our ticket system, re-branded with your logo for your customers | Customers needing 24x7 support records |
| Per-project subcontract | Fixed scope and price per project; you mark up to the customer | One-off or recurring projects |
3. Client ownership, in writing
Your client stays your client. The agreement states it plainly: we do not solicit your customers, we do not keep their contact details, and we never appear in our own company identity in front of them. NDAs are signed without fuss.
4. Documents, reports and communication
- Customer-facing documents — ticket reports, inspection reports, acceptance packs — are produced on your branded templates.
- Engineer identity: introduced per your arrangement (uniform, badge or job title as you direct).
- Communication: you own the customer channel; we talk to your project manager. If a direct group chat is needed, naming and identity follow your instructions.
- Audit trail: we keep full internal execution records, available to you any time for audit or handover.
5. Support and SLA
| Item | What we do | What you should know |
|---|---|---|
| Support hours | Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00 white-label support for your customers; 24x7 tiered as an add-on | Written into both agreements — yours with the customer, and ours with you |
| Response time | Tickets started within 4 hours; fault classes passed through per your customer SLA | Our SLA is set tighter than your promise to leave a buffer |
| Scope | Executed per the agreed service scope | Out-of-scope work is escalated to you first — we never tell the customer "no" directly |
| Confidentiality | NDA signed; customer data not retained beyond the engagement | Handover and record deletion on termination, per agreement |
6. FAQ
How do I know you won't approach my customers?
It is written into the agreement with penalties for breach; engineer identity and communication are directed by you. Commercially, our model only works if we keep the rule.
What if a customer asks which company the engineer is from?
The usual answer is honest and neutral: "your provider's delivery team in Hong Kong". We agree the exact wording before we start.
Can we trial with one job?
Yes — start with a small install or smart-hands visit, then discuss plans and SLAs once the process is proven.
Does white label include pre-sales?
Optionally — surveys, solution material and quotation inputs produced in your name for you to review and send. Listed explicitly in the engagement model.
How is it priced?
Three common ways: per-project subcontract price, monthly plan, or per ticket. Rates depend on the model and are stated before signing — no hidden extras.
