Carrier partnerships
When you need hands and feet in Hong Kong: survey, attendance, installation, acceptance and first-line field response. We deliver under your brand, with the responsibility boundary written down, and the client relationship stays yours.
Carriers and cloud providers entering Hong Kong hit the same three problems: nobody to send on site, nobody to call when it breaks, and unclear responsibility. We fill that gap — without appearing in front of your client.
1. What we do
Survey and coverage confirmation
On-site confirmation of equipment room, entry ducts, space, power and earthing, with photos and a survey report.
Last-mile coordination
Coordination with building management, landlords and local carriers on entry, access windows, permits and documentation.
Equipment installation
Racking, cabling, labelling and basic configuration of routers, switches, firewalls and CPE to your standard.
Acceptance testing
Throughput, latency, packet loss, failover and connectivity tests, with a timestamped acceptance record.
Field maintenance
Ticket-driven on-site visits: hardware swap, re-cabling, fault investigation, with findings reported back.
Network extension
New site activation, rack and cabling, cross-floor and cross-campus extension, phased delivery.
2. Engagement models
| Model | You own | We own | Fits |
|---|---|---|---|
| White-label delivery | Sales, contract, client relationship, circuit procurement | Local survey, installation, acceptance, field support — under your name | You have Hong Kong clients but no local team |
| Ticket-based subcontracting | Dispatch and technical standards | Execute and report; billed per visit or per hour | Irregular on-site work |
| Long-term local representation | Solution and pricing | Dedicated capacity for all your Hong Kong field work, including standby | Multiple Hong Kong sites needing continuity |
| Technical back-office | First-line support and client communication | Second-line troubleshooting, configuration and documentation | You have first-line but lack senior technical depth |
3. Responsibilities
The most common cross-border dispute is "who should have sent someone". The framework below is our standard split, adjustable per project and attached to the work order.
| Stage | You / upstream | SINKO | End client / building |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solution and pricing | Responsible | Local resource and cost input | Provide requirements |
| Coverage check | Raise request | Query local carriers and respond | Accurate address and contact |
| Site survey | Authorise | Execute and report | Arrange access |
| Circuit order and provisioning | Chase upstream carrier | Local coordination and attendance | Cooperate on access windows |
| Equipment supply | Per contract | Per contract (purchase or receive on your behalf) | Power and space |
| Installation and acceptance | Provide standard | Execute and record | Sign off |
| Ongoing faults | First-line intake | On-site handling and reporting | Fault symptoms |
| Monthly reporting | Bill the client | Ticket and usage detail | — |
4. Tickets and reports
- Format: we can populate your system, or use our standard form with timestamps, site photos and outcome.
- Milestones: arrival, completion and blockage reported immediately — not batched at end of day.
- Site records: photos for every survey and installation, including equipment position, serial numbers and cable labels.
- Monthly detail: ticket list, handling time and exception notes, ready to pass to your client.
5. Service levels
| Item | Standard arrangement | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Hours | Weekdays 09:00–18:00; after-hours and holidays available | Per agreement |
| Attendance | Within the agreed window for urban areas; remote areas by arrangement | Subject to traffic and building access |
| Emergency | P1 acknowledged immediately, standby activated if required | Emergency contacts registered in advance |
| Reporting | Survey within 1–2 business days; installation same or next day | Complex projects by agreement |
Specific targets, credits and escalation are set in the partnership agreement — stated in writing, not promised verbally.

7. FAQ
Will you approach our clients directly?
No. The agreement fixes client ownership. We deliver under your name, carry no sales material, and do not contact the end client after the project.
Can we do field work only and buy circuits ourselves?
Yes. You contract with local carriers directly and we handle survey, attendance, installation and maintenance. It is the most common model and the easiest to control on cost.
Who supplies the equipment?
Any of three ways: you ship to Hong Kong, we purchase on your behalf, or the end client supplies. Purchases are quoted separately with order records and warranty information.
What if the building will not allow us to work?
Common. We confirm access requirements with management first — insurance, permits, working hours, drawing approval — and coordinate with the landlord or nominated contractor if needed. This is resolved during the survey.
Can we sign an NDA?
Yes, and we recommend it. We sign mutual NDAs covering client lists, network architecture, pricing and ticket content.
Have a project in hand? Start with the requirements.
Tell us the purpose, location and timing. We will come back with what is feasible, what it depends on, and an indicative price range.
