Content on this website is for general information only and does not constitute an offer or professional advice. Technical specifications, availability, coverage and prices may change; the formal quotation and signed contract prevail.

2. Quotations and contracts

Quotations are valid for a stated period and are based on line resources, equipment prices and exchange rates at the time of issue. If carrier resources, building conditions or your requirements change the cost, we will obtain your agreement before adjusting. A contract is formed when both parties sign or confirm in writing.

3. Scope and responsibilities

• The service schedule attached to the contract defines the scope; items not listed are excluded.
• Delivery times involving third parties (carriers, buildings, equipment vendors) depend on their cooperation.
• The client must provide accurate addresses, contacts, power and access, and cooperate on scheduling.
• Where delay is caused by the client's environment, equipment or third parties, we will assist but do not bear that responsibility.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, layout and code, is owned by us or the relevant rights holders. It may not be copied, modified or used commercially without written consent.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our services. In any event our total liability shall not exceed the fees received under the relevant service contract for that service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction.
