Networks and IT operations,
delivered by a single team
that says what it will do
SINKO INTERNET provides dedicated internet, managed IT, business email and cybersecurity for Hong Kong enterprises, system integrators and carriers. One point of contact from survey and installation through to acceptance and fault follow-up.
Four core services covering the network and the IT day job
Buy any one of them on its own, or combine them into a complete connectivity-plus-IT service. We do not pad quotations with what you do not need.

From survey to acceptance, every step has an owner
Connectivity and IT projects rarely fail on technology. They fail because nobody owns a segment. We break delivery into four explicit stages.
Survey and coverage confirmation
On-site confirmation of equipment room, entry ducts, power and space, plus carrier resource checks — so nobody spends time on an infeasible design.
Last mile and installation
Coordination with building management, landlords and carriers on access, work windows and permits — the stage that usually slips.
Acceptance and handover
Throughput, latency, packet loss and failover tests, a timestamped acceptance record, and configuration documentation with labels.
Fault follow-up and escalation
One contact opens the ticket, tracks it against the SLA, and provides a post-incident record rather than silence.
We serve end clients and partners alike
Whether you are buying for yourself or delivering for a client, the process and the responsibility split are equally explicit.
Enterprises
Stable circuits, IT that somebody actually runs, and a quote that can be read.
System integrators
Local field and circuit support to close the last part of delivery.
Carriers
White-label delivery, field maintenance and consistent ticket reporting.
IT support companies
Second-line back-office and after-hours on-site coverage.

Learn moreQuestions before you start
Do you own the circuits or resell them?
We are carrier neutral: we check resources with several carriers for your address and use case, then recommend what works. That means we are not obliged to push one vendor, and we do not trade suitability for commission.
How long does a quotation take?
Simple broadband or managed IT can be scoped in one to two business days. Dedicated and cross-border circuits need a coverage check first, typically three to five business days. For urgent projects, call us.
Can we buy IT only, or connectivity only?
Yes, the two are entirely separate. Many clients start with connectivity and move IT over later; others buy only field delivery.
Will you contact our clients?
No. Every partnership model includes client-ownership terms: clients you refer or contract with remain yours, and we do not appear in front of them.
Have a project in hand? Start with the requirements.
Tell us the purpose, location and timing. We will come back with what is feasible, what it depends on, and an indicative price range.
